how much global is FOSS4G?!?

It's very nice to see that FOSS4G 2010 is not just a matter of few countries in the occidental region. The interest for our website is wide distributed around the globe.

Spain is still on top of the list but there's a lots of interest coming from both close and far destinations.

Some metrics about FOSS4G 2010

Checking a website stats can be a really addictive activity, sharing with you some results can make me feel better.

One of the nice results I was not expecting is about countries. Local community is normally the most active in a FOSS4G but this time it seams that the international community is very present too.

Visits for Countries (first 10):

We are still in an early phase of the organization but numbers start to move.

It's easy to see from the conference home page that the sponsors has started supporting the event and that new media are promoting FOSS4G.
